How it works

1. Cast Leveler by paying 5.
2. When Leveler enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling your library.
3. Cast Capture of Jingzhou by paying 3, causing you to take an extra turn after this one, and put Capture of Jingzhou on the bottom of your library due to Wheel of Sun and Moon.
4. Move to your next turn, drawing Capture of Jingzhou from your library.
5. Repeat from step 3.

By enchanting yourself with Wheel of Sun and Moon, you turn any graveyard-bound card into a recycled resource that goes straight to the bottom of your library instead. This elegant loop lets you cast Capture of Jingzhou for infinite turns, as its own resolution sends it right back into your library where you can draw it again on your next turn.
