How it works

1. Activate Nemata's first ability by paying 2, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.
2. Activate Lotus Ring's equip ability by paying 0 due to Puresteel Paladin, attaching it to the Saproling.

This loop sets up an incredible self-sustaining engine built on mana conversion and cost reduction. With the metalcraft ability of Puresteel Paladin making the equip cost of Lotus Ring completely free, you can freely bounce the Ring onto any fresh body—while also netting extra card draw whenever the Equipment enters. Nemata, Grove Guardian provides the raw material by pumping out Saproling tokens for {2}{G}, which then instantly tap and sacrifice themselves using Lotus Ring's sacrifice ability to churn out three green mana. Because Fires of Yavimaya grants all your creatures haste, the newly spawned tokens don't suffer from summoning sickness and can immediately tap to fuel the loop, letting you continuously recycle your Saprolings for infinite sacrifices and death triggers.
