How it works

1. Activate Jade Mage by paying 2, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.
2. Activate Lotus Ring's equip ability by paying 0 due to Puresteel Paladin, attaching it to the Saproling.
3. Activate the Saproling by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
4. Repeat.

This loop transforms Jade Mage into an endless factory for tokens and mana by leveraging the cost-reduction of Puresteel Paladin. With three or more artifacts present, Puresteel Paladin grants a metalcraft ability that reduces the equip cost of Lotus Ring to zero, allowing you to instantly strap the ring onto each newly birthed Saproling without spending mana. You then tap and sacrifice that equipped token using Lotus Ring's own sacrifice ability to generate three green mana—more than enough to pay Jade Mage's ability cost again and keep the cycle spinning. Though Barbarian Class sits quietly on the board providing alternative scaling, the core engine runs entirely on the endless loop of creating, equipping, and sacrificing tokens to churn out infinite creature triggers.
