How it works

1. Activate Ant Queen by paying 1, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token.
2. Activate Lotus Ring's equip ability by paying 0 due to Puresteel Paladin, attaching it to the Insect.
3. Activate the Insect by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
4. Repeat.
5. Once you have infinite mana, you may repeat step 1 as desired.

This clever loop relies on Puresteel Paladin's metalcraft ability to reduce Lotus Ring's equip cost to zero, allowing the equipment to freely jump onto the tokens churned out by Ant Queen. Once attached, you can immediately cash in the equipped token via Lotus Ring's sacrifice ability to net a profit of green mana, fueling the queen to repeat the process indefinitely. With an infinite supply of death and enters-the-battlefield triggers secured, Garna, the Bloodflame can even step in from your hand with flash to grant haste to your endless horde of insects.
