How it works

1. Activate a basic Island by tapping it, adding .
2. Activate Earthcraft by tapping King Macar, untapping the Island.
3. Activate Pemmin's Aura by paying , untapping King Macar.
4. King Macar triggers, allowing you to exile a creature and create a Gold token if you do so.
5. Repeat.
