How it works

1. Cast Rot Hulk by paying 5.
2. Rot Hulk enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Dual Nature.
3. Holding priority, activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Rot Hulk.
4. Dual Nature's second ability triggers, exiling all tokens named Rot Hulk.
5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Rot Hulk's power.
6. Resolve the Rot Hulk trigger from step 2, failing to return anything to the battlefield.
7. Resolve the Dual Nature trigger from step 2, creating a token copy of Rot Hulk.
8. The token copy of Rot Hulk enters the battlefield, returning Rot Hulk from your graveyard to the battlefield.
9. Repeat from step 2.
