How it works

1. Cast Restoration Angel by paying its mana cost.
2. When Restoration Angel enters the battlefield, it triggers, targeting Metamorphosis Fanatic.
3. Holding priority, activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Restoration Angel.
4. Resolve the Restoration Angel ability, blinking Metamorphosis Fanatic.
5. When Metamorphosis Fanatic enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Restoration Angel from your graveyard to the battlefield.
6. Repeat from step 2.

This intricate loop hinges on Phantom Train acting as a sac outlet to turn Restoration Angel into fuel, converting its blink trigger into an endless cycle of rebirth. When Restoration Angel enters to blink Metamorphosis Fanatic, sacrificing the Angel to Phantom Train puts a +1/+1 counter on the Vehicle while sending the Angel to the graveyard.
