How it works

1. Cast Restoration Angel by paying its mana cost.
2. When Restoration Angel enters the battlefield, it triggers, targeting Metamorphosis Fanatic.
3. Holding priority, activate Umbral Collar Zealot by sacrificing Restoration Angel.
4. Resolve the Restoration Angel ability, blinking Metamorphosis Fanatic.
5. When Metamorphosis Fanatic enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Restoration Angel from your graveyard to the battlefield.
6. Repeat from step 2.

This crafty loop relies on Umbral Collar Zealot's ability to seamlessly bin its own rescuers, sacrificing Restoration Angel while its blink trigger is still waiting on the stack. Once in the graveyard, the angel is immediately fished back out by Metamorphosis Fanatic, whose own entry triggers every time it's returned to the battlefield. Because Metamorphosis Fanatic conveniently returns targets with a lifelink counter and features a Miracle cost, it ties the whole engine together with recurring value while Resurrection Angel continues cycling endlessly in and out of play.
