How it works

1. Activate Sling-Gang Lieutenant by sacrificing itself.
2. Whisper's ability from Thornbite Staff triggers, untapping Whisper.
3. Resolve Sling-Gang Lieutenant's ability, causing target player to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
4. Activate Whisper's own ability by tapping it and sacrificing two other creatures.
5. Whisper's ability from Thornbite Staff triggers twice, untapping Whisper twice.
6. Resolve Whisper's ability, returning Sling-Gang Lieutenant from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. When Sling-Gang Lieutenant enters the battlefield, it triggers itself, creating two 1/1 Goblin creature tokens.
8. Repeat.
