How it works

1. Cast Turnabout by paying 2.
2. Holding priority, activate Primal Wellspring by tapping it, adding .
3. Cast Narset's Reversal by paying , targeting Turnabout.
4. Primal Wellspring triggers, creating a copy of Narset's Reversal targeting the original Narset's Reversal.
5. Resolve the copy of Narset's Reversal, copying the original Narset's Reversal targeting Turnabout, and returning the original Narset's Reversal to your hand.
6. Resolve Narset's Reversal, creating a copy of Turnabout and returning the original Turnabout to your hand.
7. Resolve Turnabout, untapping all lands you control.
8. Activate Primal Wellspring and all mana producing lands you control by tapping them, adding at least 2.
9. Cast Turnabout by paying 2.
10. Primal Wellspring triggers, creating a copy of Turnabout.
11. Resolve Turnabout, untapping all lands you control.
12. Activate Primal Wellspring and all mana producing lands you control by tapping them, adding at least 1.
13. Repeat from step 3.

This ingenious spell-loop relies on the cost reduction and spell-copying power of Primal Amulet—which flips into Primal Wellspring once its charge counters pile up—to generate infinite mana and storm count. By casting Turnabout to untap your lands and using Narset's Reversal to continually bounce and recast your spells, the Wellspring's special mana duplicates your effects while refunding the originals back to your hand. You end up with a self-sustaining engine that infinitely untaps your permanents and floods your mana pool.
