How it works

1. Cause a creature to enter the battlefield under your control.
2. Terror of the Peaks triggers, dealing damage to you equal to the creature's power, with you being unable to lose the game due to Cloudsteel Kirin.
3. Darien triggers, creating a number of 1/1 Soldier creature tokens equal to the damage dealt to you.
4. When the Soldiers enter the battlefield, Terror of the Peaks triggers that many times.
5. Resolve the first trigger, dealing 1 damage to you, with you being unable to lose the game due to Cloudsteel Kirin.
6. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop transforms self-inflicted damage into an unstoppable loop of life-total-defying creation. With Cloudsteel Kirin attached to protect you from losing the game, any initial creature entering the battlefield allows Terror of the Peaks to deal damage directly to you. That incoming damage immediately rouses Darien, King of Kjeldor to produce a swarm of 1/1 Soldier tokens. Each of those new tokens entering triggers Terror of the Peaks anew, looping the damage and generation to fuel an infinite storm of creature entries.
