How it works

1. Cast Faceless One from the command zone by paying 0.

5. Repeat.

This loop transforms the command zone into an infinite engine by leveraging Rakdos, Lord of Riots to reduce creature costs to zero once an opponent loses life. With that cost reduction active, you can cast Faceless One for free, instantly triggering Terror of the Peaks to deal damage and satisfy Rakdos's life-loss condition for subsequent iterations. Finally, sacrificing Faceless One to Phyrexian Altar generates mana while allowing your commander to return safely to the command zone, ready to be recast indefinitely.
