How it works

1. Cause a creature to enter the battlefield under your control.
2. Terror of the Peaks triggers, dealing damage to an opponent equal to the creature's power.
3. War Elemental's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself.
4. Animation Module triggers, causing you to pay 1 to create a 1/1 Servo artifact creature token.
5. When the Servo enters the battlefield, Terror of the Peaks triggers.
6. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Servo, adding 1.
7. Resolve the Terror of the Peaks trigger, dealing 1 damage to an opponent.
8. Repeat from step 3.

This loop spins into motion the moment any creature enters the battlefield, letting Terror of the Peaks deal damage to an opponent that immediately awakens War Elemental. That damage triggers Animation Module to let you pay a single mana and spawn a 1/1 Servo, which is then sacrificed to Phyrexian Altar to generate the exact {1} needed to sustain the loop. As the Terror continuously blasts your foes with damage from every new creature entry, War Elemental grows exponentially larger while fueling its own perpetual resurrection engine.
