How it works

1. Cast Strength of Will by paying 1, targeting Basking Broodscale.
2. Put a +1/+1 counter on Basking Broodscale.
3. Basking Broodscale triggers, creating a creature token.
4. When the creature token enters, Terror of the Peaks triggers, dealing damage to Basking Broodscale.
5. Basking Broodscale triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
6. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop centers around Basking Broodscale, whose triggered ability creates an Eldrazi Spawn token whenever a +1/+1 counter is placed upon it. By initially granting it indestructible and counter-generation via Strength of Will, you set the stage for Terror of the Peaks to translate each new token's arrival into direct damage. That damage falls right back onto Basking Broodscale, triggering another counter placement which loops the process indefinitely. The resulting stream of entering tokens can then be sacrificed for colorless mana or used to fuel any number of devastating effects.
