How it works

1. Activate Arbor Elf by tapping it, untapping the enchanted forest.
2. Activate the ability granted to the Forest by Weirding Wood, adding .
3. Activate Freed from the Real by paying , untapping Arbor Elf.
4. Repeat.
5. Once you have infinite blue mana, you may tap the Forest for other colors instead of blue, adding infinite colored mana.

By enchanting a land with Weirding Wood, you fundamentally transform its tapping capabilities so that it produces two mana of any color instead of just its usual output. Arbor Elf is normally content with untapping just a basic Forest, but with Weirding Wood granting that land massive mana production, tapping and untapping the Elf creates a net surplus of mana every cycle. We channel this surplus directly into Freed from the Real, using its untap ability to continuously ready Arbor Elf for the next iteration. The result is an endless loop of magical energy, generating infinite colored mana to fuel whatever grand transmutation you desire across commander, legacy, modern, oathbreaker, and vintage formats.
