How it works
Activate the creature with undying by tapping and sacrificing it, adding 3.
When the creature dies, Solemnity triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a +1/+1 counter on it.
Activate Lotus Ring's equip ability by paying 3, attaching it to the undying creature.
Repeat.
This clever loop hinges on Solemnity, whose static ability prevents counters from ever being placed on your permanents, thereby overriding the intended drawback of the creature with undying. By repeatedly sacrificing that creature to the mana-generating ability of Lotus Ring, you generate an endless cycle of deaths and rebirths. Meanwhile, Hammer of Purphoros grants your creatures haste (and serves as an alternate mana sink), ensuring the entire engine runs smoothly the moment your pieces hit the board.
