How it works

  1. Csat Clockspinning with buyback by paying 3U mana.

  3. Resolve Clockspinning, returning it to your hand.
  4. If you control at least eight Stormsplitters, activate Phyrexian Altar four times by sacrificing four Stormsplitter tokens, adding 3U mana.
  5. Repeat.
