How it works

1. Cast Part the Waterveil by paying its mana cost.
2. Taigam triggers, copying Part the Waterveil and exiling the original Part the Waterveil with four time counters on it.
3. Resolve the Part the Waterveil copy, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
4. Cast Clockspinning with buyback by paying 3, removing a time counter from Part the Waterveil and returning Clockspinning to your hand.
5. Repeat step 4 one additional time.
6. Move to your next turn. At the beginning of your upkeep, Part the Waterveil's suspend ability triggers, removing a time counter from it.
7. Cast Clockspinning with buyback by paying 3, removing a time counter from Part the Waterveil and returning Clockspinning to your hand.
8. Part the Waterveil's suspend ability triggers, causing you to cast it from exile without paying its mana cost.
9. Repeat from step 2.
