How it works

1. Activate Will by tapping it, reducing the cost of all white and/or blue spells you cast this turn by at least 3.
2. Cast Clockspinning with buyback by paying due to Will's ability, targeting any permanent.
3. Sedgemoor Witch triggers, creating a 1/1 Pest creature token.
4. Resolve Clockspinning, returning it to your hand.
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Pest, adding .
6. When the Pest dies, it triggers, causing you to gain 1 life.
7. Repeat from step 2.

This elegant loop relies on Will, Scion of Peace to heavily discount your spells based on life gained, reducing Clockspinning's cost down to just a single blue mana. Once Clockspinning is cast, Sedgemoor Witch's magecraft ability triggers to generate a Pest token, which can immediately be sacrificed to Phyrexian Altar to recoup the mana needed to repeat the process. Because the Pest's death triggers life gain, it feeds right back into Will, Scion of Peace to sustain the discount, allowing you to continually buy back and recast Clockspinning for infinite magecraft, storm, and life gain.
