How it works

1. Activate Will by tapping it, reducing the cost of all white and/or blue spells you cast this turn by at least 3.
2. Cast Clockspinning with buyback by paying due to Will's ability, targeting any permanent.
3. Deekah triggers, creating a 0/0 Fractal creature token, and then putting a +1/+1 counter on the Fractal.
4. Resolve Clockspinning, returning it to your hand.
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Fractal, adding .
6. Repeat from step 2.

This loop begins by tapping Will, Scion of Peace, using the life you've gained to discount your white and/or blue spells so drastically that Clockspinning can be cast for just a single blue mana. As you cast it, Deekah, Fractal Theorist triggers its magecraft ability to drop a growing Fractal token onto the battlefield. You then resolve Clockspinning—paying its buyback cost to return it safely to your hand—and feed your newly minted token directly into Phyrexian Altar to generate the exact blue mana needed to cast Clockspinning all over again.
