How it works

1. Activate Thran Dynamo by tapping it, adding CCC.
2. Activate Kiora's loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, untapping Thran Dynamo.
3. Activate Thran Dynamo by tapping it, adding CCC.
4. Activate The Chain Veil by paying 4 and tapping it, allowing an extra activation of your planeswalkers' loyalty abilities this turn.
5. Activate Kiora's loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, untapping Isochron Scepter.
6. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying 2 and tapping it, casting a copy of the exiled card without paying its mana cost.
7. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Kiora.
8. Resolve the copy of the instant card.
9. Activate Kiora's loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, untapping Thran Dynamo.
10. Activate Thran Dynamo by tapping it, adding CCC.
11. Repeat from step 5.
12. Once you have infinite mana, you may untap any other permanent using Kiora.

This intricate loop relies on Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner to continuously untap your mana sources and reset your board, using her minus ability while Displacer Kitten blinks her back in with fresh loyalty whenever you cast a noncreature spell. Isochron Scepter houses that crucial noncreature spell, letting you cast it repeatedly without paying its mana cost, while Thran Dynamo provides the heavy mana lifting to fuel the activations.
