How it works

1. Activate Gilded Lotus by tapping it, adding three mana of any color.
2. Activate Kiora's loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, untapping Gilded Lotus.
3. Activate Gilded Lotus by tapping it, adding three mana of any color.
4. Activate The Chain Veil by paying 4 and tapping it, allowing an extra activation of your planeswalkers' loyalty abilities this turn.
5. Activate Kiora's loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, untapping Isochron Scepter.
6. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying 2 and tapping it, casting a copy of the exiled card without paying its mana cost.
7. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Kiora.
8. Resolve the copy of the instant card.
9. Activate Kiora's loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, untapping Gilded Lotus.
10. Activate Gilded Lotus by tapping it, adding three mana of any color.
11. Repeat from step 5.
12. Once you have infinite mana, you may untap any other permanent using Kiora.
