How it works

  1. Activate the planeswalker with Elspeth's Talent attached by putting two loyalty counters on it, creating three 1/1 Soldier creature tokens.
  2. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing two Soldiers, adding CCCC.
  3. Activate The Chain Veil by paying 4 and tapping it, allowing an extra activation of your planeswalkers' loyalty abilities this turn.
  4. Activate Kiora by removing zero loyalty counters from it, untapping The Chain Veil.
  5. Repeat.
