How it works

  1. Activate Garruk's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, creating two 2/2 Wolf creature tokens.
  2. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing the Wolves, adding CCCC.
  3. When the Wolves die, they trigger, putting two loyalty counters on each Garruk planeswalker you control.
  4. Activate The Chain Veil by paying 4 and tapping it, allowing an extra activation of your planeswalkers' loyalty abilities this turn.
  5. Activate Kiora by removing zero loyalty counters from it, untapping The Chain Veil.
  6. Repeat.
