How it works
- Activate Tevesh Szat's first loyalty ability by putting three loyalty counters on it, creating two 0/1 Thrull creature tokens.
- Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing the Thrulls, adding CCCC.
- Activate The Chain Veil by paying 4 and tapping it, allowing an extra activation of your planeswalkers' loyalty abilities this turn.
- Activate Teferi's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, untapping The Chain Veil and up to other other creature and/or land you control, and causing you to gain 2 life.
- Repeat.
This clever loop centers around Teferi, Who Slows the Sunset feeding mana and untaps directly into The Chain Veil to keep refreshing your planeswalkers' loyalty abilities far beyond normal limits. To keep the engine running, Tevesh Szat, Doom of Fools provides a steady stream of fodder by using its +2 to churn out Thrull tokens, which are promptly fed to Ashnod's Altar to generate the exact mana needed to activate The Chain Veil over and over again. As Teferi untaps both The Chain Veil and your mana sources along the way, you net infinite mana, life, and activations, ultimately letting you dominate the board with your walkers.
