How it works
Activate Garruk's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, creating two 2/2 Wolf creature tokens.
Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing the Wolves, adding CCCC.
When the Wolves die, they trigger, putting two loyalty counters on each Garruk planeswalker you control.
Activate The Chain Veil by paying 4 and tapping it, allowing an extra activation of your planeswalkers' loyalty abilities this turn.
Activate Teferi's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, untapping The Chain Veil and up to other other creature and/or land you control, and causing you to gain 2 life.
Repeat.
This ingenious loop transforms a planeswalker's natural protection into an unstoppable engine, starting when Garruk, Cursed Huntsman uses his 0 ability to summon fodder and fuel the mana we need. Those Wolf tokens head straight to Ashnod's Altar, where their sacrifice provides the colorless mana to cover The Chain Veil's activation fee while simultaneously triggering their own death abilities to pad Garruk's loyalty. Meanwhile, Teferi, Who Slows the Sunset uses his +1 ability to untap both The Chain Veil and the Altar, ensuring you can keep the entire sequence going indefinitely.
