How it works
- Activate Xenagos' first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, adding or for each creature you control.
- Activate The Chain Veil by paying 4 and tapping it, allowing you an additional activation of each of your planeswalkers this turn.
- Activate Teferi's first loyalty ability by putting two loyalty counters on it, untapping The Chain Veil.
- Repeat.
This clever loop harnesses The Chain Veil to bypass the traditional once-per-turn restriction on planeswalker abilities, granting us the extra activations needed to keep the engine running. We rely on Xenagos, the Reveler's +1 ability to generate a steady stream of Satyr creature tokens and fuel the mana required to untap our artifacts. Meanwhile, Teferi, Timebender untaps The Chain Veil with its +2 ability each iteration, resetting our primary enabler so we can repeat the process indefinitely.
