How it works

1. Activate Selvala by tapping it, adding at least .
2. Cast Blinking Spirit by paying 3.
3. Chakram Retriever triggers, untapping Selvala.
4. Activate Blinking Spirit by paying 0, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
5. Repeat.

This loop relies on Selvala, Eager Trailblazer to fund the entire operation, tapping to generate an abundance of colored mana that scales with your creatures' varying powers. When you cast Blinking Spirit, Chakram Retriever springs into action, using its triggered ability to continuously untap Selvala and keep your mana engine running. Meanwhile, Selvala's presence ensures that whenever you cast that same creature spell, she rewards your efforts by creating a 1/1 red Mercenary creature token. You can then use Blinking Spirit's free activation to bounce itself right back to your hand, allowing you to replay it, re-trigger Chakram Retriever, and repeat the cycle for boundless creature leaves-the-battlefield and enters-the-battlefield triggers, an ever-growing storm count, and an infinite supply of colored mana.
