How it works

1. Activate Orthion's second ability by paying 6 and tapping it, creating five token copies of Rith's Attendant with haste.
2. Activate a Rith's Attendant token by paying 1 and sacrificing it, adding .
3. When the Rith's Attendant token dies, Orthion triggers, untapping itself.
4. Repeat from step 2 for each remaining Rith's Attendant token.
5. Repeat from step 1.
6. Once you have infinite mana, you may forego sacrificing the Rith's Attendant tokens and/or target any other creature.

This engine transforms Orthion, Hero of Lavabrink into a one-man army by weaponizing its massive replication ability alongside Thornbite Staff and Rith's Attendant. While the Staff's equip ability or static trigger allows it to effortlessly latch onto the Shaman-typed Orthion, its real brilliance lies in the granted untap trigger that fires every time a creature dies. By leveraging the mana produced when you sacrifice the Rith's Attendant token copies, Orthion continuously untaps through Thornbite Staff's passive death-trigger watcher to fund its next activation. The net result is a breathtaking loop that infinitely loops red, green, and white mana while flooding the battlefield with infinite hasty creature tokens.
