How it works
- Activate Xavier Sal by tapping it and removing a counter from a permanent you control, creating a token copy of the Forest Dryad token.
- When the Forest Dryad enters the battlefield, Intruder Alarm and Omnath trigger.
- Resolve the Omnath trigger, putting a counter on a creature you control.
- Resolve the Intruder Alarm trigger, untapping all creatures.
- Repeat.
This elegant loop spins up a tireless engine by using Xavier Sal, Infested Captain to populate Forest Dryads, which are supplied by attacking with a creature equipped with Staff of Titania. Every time a new Dryad hits the board, Intruder Alarm triggers to untap Xavier Sal along with your entire team, while Omnath, Locus of the Roil capitalizes on the landfall trigger by growing itself and eventually drawing your entire deck once you have eight or more lands in play.
