How it works

1. Activate Pia and Kiran by paying 1, blinking itself.
2. Pia and Kiran enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability.
3. Resolve the Pia and Kiran trigger, creating two 1/1 Thopter creature tokens.
4. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Pia and Kiran.
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the two Thopters, adding 1.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Deadeye Navigator pairing up with Pia and Kiran Nalaar via soulbond to repeatedly reset their entry ability, letting you blink the parents for just {1}{U} while leaving a steady stream of mechanical offspring behind. Each time Pia and Kiran Nalaar re-enters, their triggered ability drops two 1/1 Thopter artifact creature tokens onto the battlefield. You then feed those very same Thopters straight into Phyrexian Altar, converting them into the exact mana needed to fuel Deadeye Navigator's exile-and-return ability all over again.
