How it works

1. Activate Kelpie Guide by tapping it, targeting Kiora's Follower.
2. Kelpie Guide triggers, causing you to loot.
3. Resolve the Kelpie Guide ability, untapping Kiora's Follower.
4. Activate Kiora's Follower by tapping it, targeting Kelpie Guide.
5. Kiora's Follower triggers, causing you to loot.
6. Resolve the Kiora's Follower ability, untapping Kelpie Guide.
7. Repeat.

This clever interaction turns a simple pair of untappers into an endless loop by leaning on Unctus, Grand Metatect to turn them into blue artifact creatures. Because Unctus, Grand Metatect grants every other blue creature the ability to loot whenever it becomes tapped, tapping either creature to activate its ability immediately triggers a card draw and discard. You can then use Kelpie Guide to untap Kiora's Follower, and use Kiora's Follower right back to untap Kelpie Guide, endlessly looping the process to cycle through your entire deck.
