How it works

1. Activate North Pole Patrol by tapping it, targeting Kiora's Follower.
2. North Pole Patrol triggers, causing you to loot.
3. Resolve the North Pole Patrol ability, untapping Kiora's Follower.
4. Activate Kiora's Follower by tapping it, targeting North Pole Patrol.
5. Kiora's Follower triggers, causing you to loot.
6. Resolve the Kiora's Follower ability, untapping North Pole Patrol.
7. Repeat.

By leveraging Unctus, Grand Metatect's static ability, both of your creatures transform their tapping actions into an endless cycle of card filtering. As North Pole Patrol taps to untap Kiora's Follower, the passive triggered ability granted by Unctus allows you to draw and discard. In turn, Kiora's Follower taps to untap North Pole Patrol, triggering the exact same loot effect once more. This creates a self-sustaining loop that lets you cycle through your entire deck while filling your graveyard at instant speed.
