How it works

1. Activate Mirror of Fate by tapping and sacrificing it, exiling your library and choosing to put no cards on top of your library.
2. Cast Thassa's Oracle by paying .
3. Thassa's Oracle enters the battlefield, causing you to win the game.

By activating Mirror of Fate, you can completely exile your library and choose to put zero cards back, reducing your library size to absolute zero. Once your library is entirely empty, casting Thassa's Oracle is all it takes to instantly trigger its win condition, since your devotion to blue will easily outnumber the zero cards remaining in your library.
