How it works
Activate a land by tapping it, adding at least 1.
Activate Hearthhull by paying 1, tapping it and sacrificing a land.
If Hearthhull has eight or more charge counters on it, it triggers, causing each opponent to lose 2 life.
Resolve the Hearthhull ability, causing you to draw two cards and allowing you to play an additional land this turn.
Play the land from your graveyard.
When the land enters the battlefield, Toggo triggers twice due to Roaming Throne, creating two artifact tokens.
Activate Clock of Omens by tapping the artifact tokens, untapping Hearthhull.
Repeat.
This clever engine uses Hearthhull, the Worldseed as a sacrifice outlet that feeds on your lands while simultaneously digging through your deck and draining your opponents' life totals once it's fully powered up. To fuel this repetition, Perennial Behemoth allows you to replay those sacrificed lands right back out of your graveyard, which in turn triggers Toggo, Goblin Weaponsmith to churn out Rock artifact tokens. Clock of Omens uses those newly minted Rocks as untapping currency to keep Hearthhull fresh and ready to activate again. Finally, Roaming Throne doubles down on Toggo's landfall triggers by naming his creature type, ensuring you always have more than enough artifacts on hand to keep the Clock of Omens spinning indefinitely.
