How it works
Activate a land by tapping it, adding at least 1.
Activate Hearthhull by paying 1, tapping it and sacrificing a land.
If Hearthhull has eight or more charge counters on it, it triggers, causing each opponent to lose 2 life.
Resolve the Hearthhull ability, causing you to draw two cards and allowing you to play an additional land this turn.
Play the land from your graveyard.
When the land enters the battlefield, Toggo triggers twice due to Delney, creating two artifact tokens.
Activate Clock of Omens by tapping the artifact tokens, untapping Hearthhull.
Repeat.
This loop hinges on a brilliant partnership between Hearthhull, the Worldseed and Clock of Omens, using the artifact creature as both your sacrifice engine and your untap target. Each iteration is fueled by playing lands straight from your graveyard thanks to Ramunap Excavator, which in turn triggers Toggo, Goblin Weaponsmith to churn out Rock tokens. Delney, Streetwise Lookout ensures that Toggo's landfall ability triggers an additional time, doubling your token output so Clock of Omens always has enough fodder to keep Hearthhull active. As you endlessly sacrifice and replay your lands, Hearthhull's 8+ ability drains the table while its activated ability draws your entire deck.
