How it works
Activate a land by tapping it, adding at least 1.
Activate Hearthhull by paying 1, tapping it and sacrificing a land.
If Hearthhull has eight or more charge counters on it, it triggers, causing each opponent to lose 2 life.
Resolve the Hearthhull ability, causing you to draw two cards and allowing you to play an additional land this turn.
Play the land from your graveyard.
When the land enters the battlefield, Toggo triggers twice due to Delney, creating two artifact tokens.
Activate Clock of Omens by tapping the artifact tokens, untapping Hearthhull.
Repeat.
This engine transforms land sacrifice into a devastating loop of life drain and card draw, anchored by Hearthhull, the Worldseed as both your sacrifice outlet and win condition. Toggo, Goblin Weaponsmith ensures you never run out of fodder by generating Rock tokens whenever a land enters, a landfall ability whose creation gets doubled thanks to Delney, Streetwise Lookout's passive buff for small creatures. Those very Rock tokens—alongside Clock of Omens—allow you to continually untap Hearthhull, while Conduit of Worlds lets you seamlessly replay the lands you sacrificed straight from your graveyard to keep the gears turning.
