How it works

1. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping Scaretiller and another artifact, targeting Scaretiller.
2. Scaretiller triggers, returning Brokers Hideout from your graveyard to the battlefield.
3. Brokers Hideout enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Toggo.
4. Resolve the Toggo trigger, creating a Rock equipment token.
5. Resolve the Brokers Hideout trigger, causing you to sacrifice it then search your library for a basic Forest, Island, or Plains and put it onto the battlefield.
6. If you put a land onto the battlefield this way, Toggo triggers, creating a Rock equipment token.
7. Resolve the Clock of Omens ability from step 1, untapping Scaretiller.
8. Repeat.

This ingenious loop turns a modest Scarecrow and a clockwork device into an engine of continuous land reclamation. By using Clock of Omens to tap Scaretiller and another artifact—such as one of the Rock tokens churned out by Toggo, Goblin Weaponsmith—you trigger Scaretiller to haul Brokers Hideout straight back from the graveyard. The sacrifice-and-fetch cycle of Brokers Hideout not only floods your board with basic lands, but each one conveniently feeds Toggo's Landfall ability to keep your artifact supply endlessly replenished.
