How it works

1. Cast Temporal Manipulation by paying 3 and sacrificing a creature with power two or greater, targeting yourself.
2. Temporal Manipulation's casualty ability and Talrand trigger.
3. Resolve the Temporal Manipulation trigger, copying it, targeting yourself.
4. Resolve the Talrand trigger, creating a 2/2 Drake creature token.
5. Resolve both Temporal Manipulations, causing you to take two extra turns after this one.
6. Move to your last extra turn.
7. Cast Call to Mind by paying 2 and sacrificing a Drake, targeting Mystic Retrieval.
8. Call to Mind's casualty ability and Talrand trigger.
9. Resolve the Call to Mind trigger, copying it, targeting Temporal Manipulation.
10. Resolve the Talrand trigger, creating a 2/2 Drake creature token.
11. Resolve both Call to Minds, returning Temporal Manipulation and Mystic Retrieval from your graveyard to your hand.
12. Repeat steps 1 through 6 one additional time.
13. Cast Mystic Retrieval by paying 3 and sacrificing a Drake, targeting Call to Mind.
14. Mystic Retrieval's casualty ability and Talrand trigger.
15. Resolve the Mystic Retrieval trigger, copying it, targeting Temporal Manipulation.
16. Resolve the Talrand trigger, creating a 2/2 Drake creature token.
17. Resolve both Mystic Retrievals, returning Temporal Manipulation and Call to Mind from your graveyard to your hand.
