How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Activate Narset by removing two loyalty counters from it, causing you to look at the top four cards of your library, then reveal Sensei's Divining Top and put it into your hand.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 0
4. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Narset.
5. Repeat.

This clever little loop turns your top-deck manipulation into a self-sustaining engine by making your favorite spinning artifact completely free to cast. Cloud Key does the heavy lifting by reducing the cost of your artifacts down to zero, allowing you to continually redeploy Sensei's Divining Top without spending any mana. Every time you cast it, Displacer Kitten triggers to blink Narset, Parter of Veils, letting you reset her loyalty and easily dig right back to your top if you ever need to find a missing piece—though the top itself handles its own drawing and repositioning. Together, these pieces let you cycle through your deck endlessly, generating a towering storm count and infinite enter-the-battlefield triggers at zero mana cost.
