How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Activate Narset by removing two loyalty counters from it, causing you to look at the top four cards of your library, then reveal Sensei's Divining Top and put it into your hand.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 0
4. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Narset.
5. Repeat.

This clever engine leverages Enthusiastic Mechanaut to make your artifacts completely free to cast, reducing Sensei's Divining Top's mana value down to zero. Once the Top is free, you can tap it to draw a card and place it on top of your library, then cast it again for zero mana to trigger Displacer Kitten's blink ability. Blinking Narset, Parter of Veils resets her loyalty counters and lets you continuously dig for and find your combo pieces if needed, while the cyclic casting of the Top generates infinite artifact enters-the-battlefield triggers and storm count.
