How it works

1. Activate Emry by tapping it, allowing you to cast Tormod's Crypt from your graveyard.
2. Cast Tormod's Crypt by paying 0.
3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Emry.
4. When Emry enters, it triggers, causing you to mill four cards.
5. Activate Tormod's Crypt by tapping and sacrificing it.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Displacer Kitten to act as an engine whenever you cast a noncreature spell, blinking Emry, Lurker of the Loch back onto the battlefield so she can mill cards and reset her tap ability. Because Tormod's Crypt costs zero mana to cast, it serves as the perfect noncreature fuel to trigger the Kitten over and over while you repeatedly pull the Crypt right back out of your graveyard using Emry's activated ability. While Dragonlord Kolaghan sits menacingly in the command zone or your hand, this entire self-milling cycle turns the zero-cost artifact sacrifice of Tormod's Crypt into an endless stream of triggers for your enter-the-battlefield and artifact loops.
