How it works

1. Activate Kiora's loyalty ability twice by removing two loyalty counters from it, untapping Chromatic Orrery and Isochron Scepter.
2. Activate Chromatic Orrery's first ability by tapping it, adding 5.
3. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying 2 and tapping it, casting a copy of the exiled card without paying its mana cost.
4. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Kiora.
5. Resolve the copy of the instant card.
6. Repeat.
7. Once you have infinite mana, you may untap any other permanent using Kiora, or use Chromatic Orrery's second ability to draw infinite cards.

This ingenious engine harnesses the unique static and triggered abilities of five distinct permanents to achieve total dominance. By amplifying our planeswalker capacity with Oath of Teferi, we can activate Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner twice a turn to continually ready our other key pieces. Isochron Scepter provides the repeatable noncreature spell needed to feed Displacer Kitten's blink trigger, which resets Kiora so she can keep untapping everything. Meanwhile, Chromatic Orrery acts as the ultimate battery—providing the initial mana investment to activate the Scepter while effortlessly fixing our colors into whatever we need to keep the loop spinning infinitely.
