How it works

1. Activate Emry by tapping it, targeting Jeweled Lotus.
2. Cast Jeweled Lotus from your graveyard by paying 0.
3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Pestermite.
4. When Pestermite enters, it triggers, untapping Emry.
5. Activate Jeweled Lotus by tapping and sacrificing it.
6. Repeat.

This brilliant loop starts by leveraging Emry, Lurker of the Loch and her tap ability to cast Jeweled Lotus straight out of your graveyard for zero mana. Because Jeweled Lotus is a noncreature spell, casting it triggers Displacer Kitten, which flashes Pestermite in and out of exile to give you a fresh entry event. That entering Pestermite immediately untaps Emry, Lurker of the Loch, allowing you to sacrifice Jeweled Lotus for commander-casting mana, replay it from the graveyard, and repeat the whole cycle for infinite storm count, sacrifices, and mana.
