How it works

  1. Activate Emry by tapping it, allowing you to cast Jeweled Lotus from your graveyard.
  2. Cast Jeweled Lotus by paying 0.
  3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Emry.
  4. When Emry enters, it triggers, causing you to mill four cards.
  5. Activate Jeweled Lotus by tapping and sacrificing it.
  6. Repeat.

This loop relies on Emry, Lurker of the Loch pulling Jeweled Lotus right back out of the graveyard to fuel an endless cycle of artifact casting and sacrifice. Each time you cast that free artifact, Displacer Kitten blinks Emry to reset its tap ability and trigger another four-card mill, while Tyvar, Jubilant Brawler makes sure Emry is ready to tap immediately without waiting for summoning sickness.
