How it works
- Activate Emry by tapping it, allowing you to cast Urza's Bauble from your graveyard.
- Cast Urza's Bauble by paying 0.
- Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Emry.

This clever loop uses Displacer Kitten to continually reset Emry, Lurker of the Loch every time you cast a noncreature spell, bypassing her usual tap restriction. Urza's Bauble serves as the perfect zero-mana catalyst for this engine, being easily recast from your graveyard using Emry's activated ability while netting you delayed card draw. Meanwhile, Temur Ascendancy grants your creatures haste so Emry can tap immediately upon re-entering the battlefield, while also providing a secondary card draw trigger if her power happens to be boosted.
