By targeting Mishra's Bauble with Emry, you can recast the zero-cost artifact repeatedly; each time you do, Displacer Kitten's avoidance ability triggers to blink Deceiver Exarch. The freshly-blinked Deceiver Exarch enters the battlefield to untap Emry, resetting her tap ability so you can pull Mishra's Bauble from the graveyard all over again.
