How it works

1. Activate Emry by tapping it, targeting Lion's Eye Diamond.
2. Cast Lion's Eye Diamond from your graveyard by paying 0.
3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Deceiver Exarch.
4. When Deceiver Exarch enters, it triggers, untapping Emry.
5. Activate Lion's Eye Diamond by discarding your hand and sacrificing it.
6. Repeat.

This loop turns the recursion of Emry, Lurker of the Loch and the explosive mana of Lion's Eye Diamond into an engine for infinite colored mana and storm count. Because Lion's Eye Diamond can be sacrificed for mana while its casting cost is zero, Emry can continuously pull it straight from the graveyard, and Displacer Kitten ensures that every noncreature spell cast along the way blinks Deceiver Exarch. The Exarch's fresh entry triggers its ability to untap Emry, resetting our tap-activated engine so we can repeat the whole sequence indefinitely.
