How it works

1. Activate Emry by tapping it, allowing you to cast Lion's Eye Diamond from your graveyard.
2. Cast Lion's Eye Diamond by paying 0.
3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Emry.
4. When Emry enters, it triggers, causing you to mill four cards.
5. Activate Lion's Eye Diamond by discarding your hand and sacrificing it.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop starts by using Emry, Lurker of the Loch to pull Lion's Eye Diamond straight out of your graveyard, utilizing her tap ability to recast it for free. Every time that noncreature artifact is cast, Displacer Kitten triggers to blink Emry away and right back onto the battlefield, clearing her tap status while triggering her self-mill ability to fuel your graveyard. Before each blink resolves, you can crack Lion's Eye Diamond for a massive influx of colored mana by discarding your hand, which continuously feeds the engine and generates an infinite storm count. Though Garna, the Bloodflame isn't strictly necessary for the core mana loop, her flash and haste grant you immediate tactical flexibility to close out the game once your infinite triggers are achieved.
