How it works

1. Activate Emry by tapping it, allowing you to cast Dark Sphere from your graveyard.
2. Cast Dark Sphere by paying 0.
3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Emry.
4. When Emry enters, it triggers, causing you to mill four cards.
5. Activate Dark Sphere by tapping and sacrificing it.
6. Repeat.

This loop turns a seemingly innocuous damage-prevention artifact into an engine by leveraging Tannuk, Steadfast Second to give artifact cards warp, letting you repeatedly cycle them. With Tannuk's cost-reduction and haste enablers in place, you cast Dark Sphere for zero mana, which triggers Displacer Kitten to blink Emry, Lurker of the Loch. Every time Emry re-enters the battlefield, she mills four cards to feed your graveyard, allowing her tap ability to pull Dark Sphere right back out so you can cast it again and repeat the entire sequence.
